15 years in name, 10 years in concept, 5 years in production. Finally, we share Volume 2 of the H.F.P. story with you. All praises to you Heavenly Father. I have no idea where these melodies and words come from. But when they show up, I’m amazed every time. Thank you for the gift to hear and love music in a unique away. Moms, thank you for never forcing me to get a summer job and providing me the space to practice my craft. That was one of the greatest gifts you have ever given me. Pops, the older I get, the more I realize there is so much of you in me; for better and for worst lol! But it’s in the namesake, and I’m proud to carry the torch. Sis, you are my road dogg and the V.P. Your eyes, ears, and energy is so vital to what we do. There’s no H.F.P. without you. Grandmommy, you are the musical blueprint to the family. This album literally wouldn’t have happened without you. Drake’s Den forever. I love you all.

To every single creative that contributed to this body of work. This album was a community effort: musically, visually, and intellectually. All of you brought a special ingredient to the gumbo. We are forever grateful to you all for sharing a piece of yourself with us.
To anyone I have come in contact with in the various roles I’ve been a part of in the music business, thank you for the wisdom, war stories, and seeing something in the kid. To my never-ending list of musical heroes, thank you for fueling me with a lifetime of childhood wonder. I am and will always be a fan/student first. To EVERYONE who has ever supported us in ANY way, shape or fashion, this album is dedicated to YOU! 12 years deep, way beyond “something cool” we did in our college days. Thank you for believing.
